      Great pay and benefits Fascinating to be around monstrous equipment and mining processes Some of the people are great to work with

      Cons

      Some of the people are not great to work with EVERYONE is overworked and management keeps piling it on Took a lot of steps back switching to the new SAP, and it's frustrating everyone We're barely able to stay above water some days Moral is poorer than poor

      Pros

      You get 4 10 hour shifts, it’s a pay check

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and is very dramatic, company touts all its benefits and those benefits will not care for you when you go to the doctor, very little support from HR, you will be publicly called out if you make a mistake, some are allowed to take multiple long breaks every hour and you will get no support and management says nothing. They pick their favorites and if you are not one you are left to your own devices to find something.
