      The pay is the only thing that keeps anyone there.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, leadership doesn't care about you. The preach core values that they do not stand by. Lack of organization and forced to work with the bare minimum. They expect you so cut cost and work with inadequate tools and supplies because the company is in jeopardy from steal from 3rd world countries.

      Pros

      You get 4 10 hour shifts, it’s a pay check

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and is very dramatic, company touts all its benefits and those benefits will not care for you when you go to the doctor, very little support from HR, you will be publicly called out if you make a mistake, some are allowed to take multiple long breaks every hour and you will get no support and management says nothing. They pick their favorites and if you are not one you are left to your own devices to find something.
