      Benefits are ok, as the 401k match is one of the best in the country

      Cons

      Management promotes and gives opportunities to employees based on who they like; even if you work hard and they do not want you, you will be pushed out of the door. There is a lot of politics across the organization.

      Pros

      You get 4 10 hour shifts, it’s a pay check

      Cons

      Management plays favorites and is very dramatic, company touts all its benefits and those benefits will not care for you when you go to the doctor, very little support from HR, you will be publicly called out if you make a mistake, some are allowed to take multiple long breaks every hour and you will get no support and management says nothing. They pick their favorites and if you are not one you are left to your own devices to find something.
