Pros

Nice office. Good Location in ATL.

Cons

A complete scam and pyramid scheme. They get you in by saying they want to hire recent college grads and help develop you to move up through the company. However, they start you off at barely minimum wage and stick you in a costco to sell products and bother customers. An absolute pyramid scheme, and not worth your time.

Dear Reviewer, We appreciate your positive comments on our new office! However, we're a little confused by your review. We have a competitive guaranteed pay structure with opportunities for bonuses and incentives on top of that, so our team is making well over minimum wage. Also, pyramid schemes are illegal in the United States and we are a credited business with the BBB. It also sounds like you're confused about our growth structure. We have a structure very similar to other companies that promote from within like Hertz or Enterprise. We promote people based on merit, so they must learn everything about how we run our business from the bottom up. We're sorry to hear that you didn't agree with that type of culture, but we make that very clear before anyone joins our team. We hope you find something that best suits your qualifications and impacts your life positively.

Pros

You might meet some cool co-workers while working here. I personally did. Also, the office park this place is headquartered at is pretty nice.

Cons

You have to wake up real early, dress in business professional every morning, and be at this uptown office park by 7 AM. You will be expected to arrive early, even if you don't get paid (I was SPECIFICALLY told to arrive more than 15 minutes earlier than I was scheduled for or else I would be considered "late"). Once you arrive, you will do very little and talk about stuff that could have just been an email for about an hour in a half. You will be expected to write everything down in a notebook to prove you are "paying attention". Then you will leave, go stand in the frozen foods aisle of a Costco for 8 hours whilst approaching and annoying passing grocery shoppers with the same tagline over and over until you can finally convince someone to subscribe to a lowly-rated water delivery service or whatever product they are having you promote at the time, which you will get $50 for. If you don't do these enough times by the end of the week, well, then congratulations you just wasted your time.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that our team members are only scheduled and compensated for their agreed-upon hours, and we do not require unpaid work. Punctuality and professionalism are expectations in any client-facing role, but they are never tied to unpaid time. Our morning meetings are structured training sessions focused on skill development, communication, and performance coaching - which are essential in a sales and marketing environment. Field marketing in retail settings is also clearly communicated during the hiring process, as it is a core part of the position. We strive to be transparent about responsibilities, compensation structure, and growth opportunities from the start, and we encourage candidates to ask questions to ensure the role aligns with their goals. We appreciate all feedback and continuously work to improve the experience for our team.
