Pros
When I interviewed for the position, they told me there was rapid advancement and room for growth. Well, it's a year later I just got back from the R&R trip at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. I've been impressed with the clients from the start. Then, I was impressed with the true growth potential and have realized it first hand. I was thrilled with the trip most recently, and amazed at how well done the R&R was. Unlike other jobs I've had, coming to work is my happy place. The people are motivated and pleasant. Every day is an opportunity to improve and there is no shortage of resources. I've gotten everything that I have put in back and then some.
Cons
It is hard work. The skills learned and acquired are valuable, but don't come easily. It's not necessarily a con, but a reality in such a fast paced environment.
