Pros
-The owner. She has the unique ability to inspire you to be a better person everyday. She has such an amazing background story and outlook on life that you cannot help but feel better after talking with her. I have personally grown immensely as a person since working at New Age and a lot of it has to do with culture she has created here.
-The company is committed to growth in a very competitive market. They are willing to do what it takes to adapt in an ever-changing market.
-The office space itself is a unique atmosphere. It's not your typical office setting with cubicles. The space is very open and there is communication all around. It is a comfortable work environment.
-The employees are seemingly all genuine people and value their relationships with one another. This definitely has something to do with the culture that has been created by the owner over the 27 years she has been in charge. The company hold's itself to high standard's ethically and sticks to it's values and expects employees to do the same.
-Company provided benefits (Health Insurance discount, 401k match, profit-sharing) and occasional perks (Catered lunches, company holiday parties, employee of the month rewards)
Cons
-Upper management can sometimes be indecisive on new initiatives and/or direction. It seems they have been improving on this lately though.
-At times it can be difficult to get new ideas or suggestions heard or implemented by upper management
