Awful onboarding and training. No room for growth within this role. Misleading job descriptions and expectations. Toxic work culture with constant racist/sexist jokes being made. CEO encourages a toxic frat boy culture/VP of sales boasts about firing employees on a frequent basis. Understaffed and co workers are constantly discouraged.
