Occasionally difficult to get in touch with management due to management workload.

I've worked in companies of all sizes, and this one is my favorite. We're small enough that things get done quickly without any bureaucracy, but big enough to have the resources to do the job. Every day, I go home knowing I accomplished something that hopefully helped the world a little. Plus, the benefits are great for a small business.
