I had only a work study position, but I loved it nonetheless. The people who work in that area are amazing and so welcoming and I felt part of a family working there.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons since I was not a full-time employee.

New England College is an excellent place to work. In particular, there is a congenial and collaborative culture that I appreciate, and faculty, staff, and senior leadership are focused on helping students succeed.

Cons

I can't think of any cons specific to NEC, budgets in Higher Education can be tight, and a lot is asked of employees.
