--Great community --Lovely campus --Dining hall

--Not a ton of advancement --Difficult to transition from one dept to another

New England College is an excellent place to work. In particular, there is a congenial and collaborative culture that I appreciate, and faculty, staff, and senior leadership are focused on helping students succeed.

I can't think of any cons specific to NEC, budgets in Higher Education can be tight, and a lot is asked of employees.
