Pros

Not only gained experience in technology but experienced working with great teachers and amazing, minority kids. Admin is the best we've had since the school opened in 2000.

Cons

Our school board has segregated us by making us a magnet school. Shameful! Unfortunately, very little parent participation. They're isolated in the projects and very few have transportation to come volunteer or they are working.

Stable hours, and working with the kids.

Cons

Feeling unsupported, subs are unable to support classrooms appropriately, extra duties without supplemental pay, impossible to feel good about the work you are doing.
