Pros
-Leadership that CARES: they always say that good people don't quit companies, they quit bad leadership...well there's probably a reason then that people stay with New Home Star. -Competitive compensation -Growth potential: this company has an 80% promote from within policy, so that means getting in NOW can lead to future growth personally and within the organization. -Intelligence: not to sound "big headed", but I've been in a lot of rooms with company leadership and you talk to some of them and wonder "how did you ever make it to where you are today?" I can honestly say with 100% confidence that I've NEVER felt that way in a room full of New Home Star leaders. -Company culture: New Home Star promotes and has a culture of individuals that share, care about each other, and love to see each other succeed! It's unlike anything that I've ever experienced before.
Cons
I'm putting this under a con as I don't think this is something that will speak to everyone out there, but this company is going to constantly challenge you to do bigger, do better, be more, etc. If that's not you and you like to live in "comfort" then I would say that this is a "con" and New Home Star is not the right organization for you!
