Pros

100% positivity all the time. Their training program for new home sales agents is fantastic. I came aboard with a lot of experience and success. Their training has fine tuned my skills to become even better. If you have a need or want, they will give you all the tools to your job at the highest level.

Cons

With a great company growing fast there is always some growing pains. They have handle them pretty well.
