Pros

Tools are in place to ensure your success. The online training is directly responsible for 5 transactions within the first 5 weeks of my New Home Consultant career. Top notch management that is willing to share their time and past experiences so you can close more transactions. Intercompany communication portals to share ideas and develop performance strategies. There is a step by step game plan on generating, developing, and maintaining builder business. Only you limit your prosperity. There is the ability to develop relationships with New Home Star teammates, builders, real estate professionals, and inside of your community. I wish I would have found this company years ago.

Cons

It's a 1099 position. There are times I answer emails and phone calls on my days off. Mandatory weekly meeting.
