      Pros

      NR was bought two years ago. The new guard is frustrating but original sharp nerdy culture seeps through in overall vibe for most orgs aside from GTM.

      Cons

      If you're in sales you're in for a rocky ride with moving goal posts. No RSUs and no replacement for RSUs. Comp for new hires and many legacy hires is below market.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
