- After the recent change in leadership within TA function, there is a clear divide in the team that we all in Hyderabad feel but hesitate to speak about. Preferences are being given to people with similar background as that of the decision maker of TA in India.
- Team meetings and outings keep happening but they often feel disconnected from how we feel on daily basis.
- Our leader doesn't shy away from using foul language. The team culture has changed drastically since they joined in July or August (don't remember exactly)
- Even when we deliver everything that's expected from us, we get constant criticism.
