      Pros

      Big changes have been implemented over the last year: - target reductions - bigger accelerators - higher compensation - a platform for the voice of the people I feel New Relic is listening to the needs of their people and everyone can be very successful when working really hard

      Cons

      not many lately, but a career plan is not existing yet

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
