      Pros

      The software itself is beautifully designed and functional. Every business is becoming a digital business, New Relic has potential to revolutionize and disrupt the software analytics space. The CEO's vision is inspiring.

      Cons

      No accountability whatsoever from an organizational point of view. The company is lacking leadership in non-technical departments (Marketing, SalesOps, Sales) and as a result the entire go to market strategy is a mess. The employee turnover rate is impressive, especially in sales because quotas are unachievable.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
