      Pros

      New Relic has smart and driven leaders at the helm who seem more inspired than ever. It's a growth company with big ambitions, which means there's a lot of challenging work to be done. There's a great respect for life outside of work, which means a lot to me as someone who values having a career and family life.

      Cons

      Some growing pains with org changes, but all part of being at an exciting growth company.

      Pros

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Pros

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
