      Pros

      - Lots of opportunity for smart, capable people to grow and learn. There's more work than people to get it done, so that means interesting projects for smart people. - CEO is a genuinely kind person, and a great leader who is dedicated to employees - Best product on the market in our space - Culture of transparency in data and teamwork in problem solving

      Cons

      - Growing pains - Lots to get done and not enough people to get it done - Not enough senior and experienced people on teams - the less experienced people complain a lot and get lost. They need more mentors and mid-level leaders.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Pros

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
