      Pros

      The CEO is a visionary, and the top executive team is excellent. The company definitely has great vision, the culture is still very good. Even though we went through and are still going through growing pain.

      Cons

      I notice that over the years, we hire so many layers of mid management levels. Some are really unnecessary, it's counter productivity and introduce more politics.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Pros

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
