Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is distressing to hear, to say the least. While we do have systems and procedures in place, through HR and through our ERGs, I realize that for some, it may feel unsafe to pursue those channels. I would also welcome anyone to reach out to me directly. My door is always open. The thing that makes New Relic great is our people and our teams. To be successful, everyone must feel equally safe, authentic and accountable at work, which is important to me and to the whole management team. While I don’t believe this review represents the experience of most people at New Relic, it is clear that you feel differently, and I would like to make that better.
