      Pros

      I am very proud of the products we've built. It's an amazing experience to work on a product that you use everyday in your job. New executive leadership is driving a massive improvement in our company strategy and I am enthusiastic about our future.

      Cons

      New executive leadership is fundamentally changing the culture of the company by eroding work-life balance and conducting re-orgs without regard to employees' job security. New Relic has been known for its exceptional company culture, but it is now more like the average tech company.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
