      - Company culture is both for the employees and client satisfaction - Pay is on par with other organizations, now - Confident with company roadmap in observability space to grow

      Cons

      - Currently lack resources - Many new people who need to ramp up - Need more local partner integrators - Marketing could be better to communicate all the great product releases

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Pros

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
