      Pros

      Hiring process was so smooth and flexible, I appreciated that. The daily work is focused on growth and results. It is demanding but really creative. All the team is highly skilled and the culture is amazing, people are kind and collaborative.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
