Pros
Even though NewRelic is a large company, I was surprised by the hiring process, it did not last more than 1 week. During that week I had 5 interviews and a technical test. The interviewers were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. During the first weeks the Onboarding process is very clear, you have different training and steps to follow, all the tasks are spread over several weeks to avoid overloading yourself at the beginning.
Cons
As main cons I could say that if your workmates are mostly in the US, you will be most of the day alone, which makes onboarding a bit harder.
