Cons
- The CEO has makes mistakes and doesn't take any accountability. Instead he created a strict code of conduct to stop people from asking him questions about it. People are and were quitting in droves and instead of rolling it back he cries in all hands and gives prizes for positive LinkedIn posts. - No work life balance, they want everything done yesterday. - They work on the wrong things and don't listen to the engineers. - They've rolled back pay equality based on job title and celebrated when they reached pay equality.... You took away the bands, good job solving a problem you created.
