      Pros

      The people I work with are great - smart, kind and curious people that are passionate about their jobs and pleasant to work with. To me that's very important aspect of a work place. The work is professionally challenging; and the management's focus is very well balanced between promoting the company goals and personal development (which eventually make you a better employee, so it's a win win).

      Cons

      It's a corporate so there are many more meetings and bureaucracy than small companies have, so I've heard. Personally I don't mind.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Pros

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
