Pros
- Everyone gets a voice and can impact the work we do. - Much of what we plan to do comes from developers as they use the product and encounter things that will make life easier for them and their fellow engineers. - The new leadership(headed by Bill) is trying hard and succeeding in turning the company to a user-based company from a sales-based company, meaning user growth is around the corner, which means the stock will skyrocket! - Management cares about us having a life, I work out of Israel and there is a real effort to keep meetings with the west coast to a minimum as they can mostly happen late in the day. - Compensation is improving constantly, it's still far from the premium level companies but our stock has great potential to compensate if we do good work!
