      The people, the product and our culture.

      Cons

      There has been constant change in direction in our pricing, sales model and our strategy. People feel as though they could be laid off at any moment, organisation likely to be sold - zero reassurance that there won’t be lay offs/ we won’t be sold.

      Man, this was a great company back in the day. Almost everyone is gone now.

      Cons

      Horrific middle management. This was all a long time ago though. The people I worked with are all gone.

      Good PTO policy Most coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Executive leadership needs an overhaul. CMO is toxic and has caused many long standing people to leave the company. She only hires people that will say yes to her. Most people in leadership are too afraid to push back in fear of getting fired like previous peers. Does not treat people well in general.
