Cons
There is so much confusion internally. A lot of it stems from bad leadership but people often seem to not know what’s going on, things don’t get communicated well, everything is so disjointed and leaders make decisions without thinking through the implications which causes everyone to scramble. This often leads to decision being made that are short term bandaids, half baked ideas that cause chaos, issues, wasted time and stress for all. Also a lot of the time we hear leadership talk about our core values but they are not good at actually practicing them or creating trust and transparency across the organization. There needs to be a major shift in leadership because I feel like very talented and smart people are leaving or are left unmotivated as a result of the way things are run. I feel pretty stagnant here and I think a lot of people are only sticking around given the economy.
