Pros
Extremely open, friendly and helpful environment. Atmosphere is not only a word in New Relic Dublin but creating a great Atmosphere is something everyone equally strives to achieve and sustain. Given that the number of people doubled already in the time I'm here, that's not an easy task, yet we continuously manage to create that great atmosphere.
Cons
With a fast growing company, especially given that the EMEA office is still relatively young, there are the challenges that come with it, such as sometimes lack of structure or a little bit of chaos here and there. One can tell though that's purely due to the fact that the company is growing at such a rapid pace and not due to lack of managerial direction or vision.
