Steer clear - Disposition Agent New Western Employee Review

Pay, commission structure, management, hours, training, reputation. All nonexistent. Blind leading the blind with big promises of making money, with top agents barely scraping by. Steer clear. I’d say this was good sales experience, but it taught me nothing. New hires have a better grasp of sales than agents who have been there 5+ years. There’s a reason NW has the reputation they do in the investor world.
