I'm grateful, and honored to be surrounded by nothing but a group of HUSTLERS. Every single agent in the office pushes themselves on a daily basis to be better than the day before. I came knowing nothing about real estate, and had senior agents, shower me with nothing but knowledge and advice. You yourself are your worst enemy! You get what you put into it!
Cons
Not for the faint of heart. If you think you can just sit back and cut a paycheck, you got the wrong spot. The first couple months are tough, but you must be strong minded and driven to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
