Pros
There are many pros to working in New West. One of the main ones is that it teaches you resilience and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to real estate and business. You compete, everyday, against other agents which help you become a "shark" in the real estate business. All the competition just makes you level up and become the best version of yourself. I learned discipline, resilience, being savvy in negotiations, and research skills. You learn first hand from real-time "hustlers".
Cons
The only Con I can real-timethink about is that, monetarily speaking, it's very slow at first. The first few months you'll be struggling a little. You also don't get any benefits as far as healthcare, paid vacations etc. These all come in second hand once you gain momentum in the company and the business.
