Pros
Great place to grow. You are given a lot of opportunity if you’re capable of handling more responsibility. Environment is really nice and all the people are great. I loved my desk set up, I had two monitors and a laptop, varidesk and a very cool modern office. In a largely male dominated organization I never felt less then the men around me.
Cons
These are not cons, but they are good things to be aware of. It is an open office environment so please make sure that you can handle working in a space like that before joining the organization and then complaining about it… Get a pair of headphones and be quiet. You are expected to be at your desk Monday through Friday, this is not a company that offers remote/telecommuting options. However, you are able to make sure that the things in your life are taken care of. Don’t work here if you’re lazy and looking for a handout. To be successful in this organization you have to be dedicated and internally motivated to be better. Also, not a bad thing, but if you’re not adaptable and able to pivot throughout your day, keep looking.
