Pros
New Western is not just a normal 9-5 job. There is so much potential and you get out of it exactly what you put into it. The culture is amazing, it's fun to work with so many like-minded people in a competitive environment. There is no better place to work and learn more about the residential investment real estate market.
Cons
At the end of the day it is a sales job. There are ups and there are downs, but you get out of it what you put into it.
