Pros
I absolutely love my job. The best part is the culture. Everyone works extremely hard but does so while building each other up. Hard work yields great reward. For the first time in my life I actually look forward to going into the office. This job will push you to grow personally and professionally. You learn a ton in a very short period of time and your wins are that much sweeter because you worked so hard to earn it. The team celebrates you when you succeed and we encourage each other during tougher times.
Cons
It can take a while to start earning a livable income. You have to build your pipeline and establish your systems. It can be tough in the beginning but those who have stuck it out have done extremely well. If nothing else it motivates you to work harder.
