Business Outlook
Pros
There's no other company like New Western. Everyone has the best interest of the company, so when there is conflict, it is productive and collaborative. The flexible work hours have allowed to me manage my personal time while still being able to get my work done.
Cons
The culture at corporate vs the field is different. While the mindset is the same of work hard, play hard, the tone is different. The culture I see everyday is based on my department (which is awesome), but it would be great to see corporate's culture as a whole or with the field.
