Pros
New Western is a great company to work for, it is a fast paced environment that will teach you all you need to know about investment real estate. There is uncapped earnings and growth potential. I get to determine my own success through the work I put in. I am never tied down to my desk like I would be at a regular 9-5 job and have a ton of flexibility in my schedule. I love coming to work everyday because I get to do what I love to do with great people. Getting into real estate right out of college has been the best career move I could have ever made and it wouldn't have been possible had it not been for New Western Acquisitions.
Cons
I have no cons to mention, but there is a steep learning curve that can make starting out a challenge if you don't put in the effort it takes to make it.
