      - Tons of education / resources for learning and for growth -No cap on how much you can make -Helpful Teammates -Fun culture -You don't have to be an expert to work here. But you must have grit and must be coachable.

      Cons

      -No base pay (100% commission) -Takes a long time to get paid after your transaction is closed.
