New Power is not a good place to work because they have real difficulty communicating with employees in a professional manner. The CEO, Carleton Defoe degrades employees to all other employees if they come in late - “Oh, he must have done too many lines last night!?” Management singles out employees and then work together to harass and make there life miserable until they finally quit. If you ask a question via email, they simply won’t answer it. If you ask for clarification about a communication, management simply won’t answer it. The whole operation is run like a frat house where all the managers get their orders from the CEO, Carlton Dufoe and then implement it, which means they will not return emails or take your calls. Even if a person resigns - the nasty, hateful, harassing communications from the CEO directly continue to come weeks after you resign. The communications arrive late at night from the CEO, after he has had a few drinks, and he just makes nasty stuff up!
