None. Like literally none, just read the comments I made in the Cons section.

Cons

Do not be fooled by the job description you see online with the "generous paid time off" and "unlimited snacks. The "break-room" is in the back of the shipping department with curtains taped to the wall. There are rats everywhere. We only get 10 vacation days a year and you only get 1 vacation day for every month you work there. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE management, A CEO who is super toxic and does not know anything about management. Pushes his errors to his subordinates because he has to answer to the founder everyday. Do not work here!

The people I have met have been the sole reason I have stayed for so long.

Cons

Leadership is beyond toxic. Lying, favoritism and retaliation are too prevalent. Executive position is filled with individuals with no prior accomplishments. This set the tone for the rest of the organization that hard work and persistence do not pay off. I encourage anyone considering a position here to seek a company that genuinely values your contributions.
