Adding this experience to your resume could get your foot in better places. No experience necessary, they give extensive training.

Cons

Poor pay for the type of work you'll be doing. Management bias for senior vs. new employees. They move you around different departments but won't give you a raise. Fire people based on employees gossip, not based on performance.

The people I have met have been the sole reason I have stayed for so long.

Cons

Leadership is beyond toxic. Lying, favoritism and retaliation are too prevalent. Executive position is filled with individuals with no prior accomplishments. This set the tone for the rest of the organization that hard work and persistence do not pay off. I encourage anyone considering a position here to seek a company that genuinely values your contributions.
