I'd say that the only positive thing here is having great teammates.

Cons

The management here is full of lies! The managers will promise you a lot of good things, but it will turn out that most of the things here are awful. They pay is terrible, and the benefits are mediocre. Some of the managers here are also toxic and undesirable. Employees avoid most of them because of their hostile and rude attitudes.

The people I have met have been the sole reason I have stayed for so long.

Cons

Leadership is beyond toxic. Lying, favoritism and retaliation are too prevalent. Executive position is filled with individuals with no prior accomplishments. This set the tone for the rest of the organization that hard work and persistence do not pay off. I encourage anyone considering a position here to seek a company that genuinely values your contributions.
