There are free snacks, and some managers are also good mentors.

Cons

However, most of the managers are horrible people and unwilling to mentor the employees. Most of the managers here are lazy and definitely do not deserve to be part of the leadership. I don't know how the senior employees here have managed to stay this long under the current awful management.

The people I have met have been the sole reason I have stayed for so long.

Cons

Leadership is beyond toxic. Lying, favoritism and retaliation are too prevalent. Executive position is filled with individuals with no prior accomplishments. This set the tone for the rest of the organization that hard work and persistence do not pay off. I encourage anyone considering a position here to seek a company that genuinely values your contributions.
