Pros
Loved the people I worked with, good pay for what the job is, had some fun perks like the arcade room, discount on store website and opportunity to meet cool people in the gaming niche if thats what you were into. Got plenty of hours and offered decent benefits and lots of good training.
Cons
Management didnt make you feel heard or seen it was like you were just another number to them and the leads didnt make you feel included when first starting out. Had to clock in early before shift and also clock in early when coming back in from lunch which felt forced and I also didnt feel like I was compensated for that early clock in time. Had to ask permission to use the restroom and overall just felt very controlling and at the same time unorganized as a whole. As an adult you want to feel appreciated and not treated as a child and for the most part management never gave you a chance to really like the job.
