      Pros

      Good stepping stone for those looking to do Marketing, IT, PM and other related work. No real place to improve or move up in the ladder. Outdated tech for a company that sells it. Low morale amongst the employees and there is a big gap in communication not just between departments, but in leadership and language. The company had potential in the mid 2000's, but they foolishly spent the money they earned on what I saw as, "Get rich quick" schemes.

      Cons

      Bad leadership. Seems like all of them are sailing on S.S. Apathy. Most of them doesn't really understand the products they're selling. Sat on their hands while great opportunities passed by while jumping on things that they believe would drop them quick cash.

      Pros

      Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

      Cons

      As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
