      Follows Hire and fire,in a year found 3 ppl fired in same team No work life balance Make you work like donkeys in all 365 days with no appreciation And once their delivery completed they will play the game of PIP and fire without any empathy Management is also biased.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
