Little stress with working because of lack of work. Managers mostly on existant. Plenty of free time

Company is poorly run. Managers are over tasked and are almost non existant in managing their employees. When in a time the economy is growing and giving pay raises none are given. When one leaves no accrued vacation time is paid out. And a $75 closing fee per 401k or roth in charged. Customers satisfaction is poor.
